Email address validator
Paste one or more addresses to check syntax, confirm the domain can receive mail (MX lookup over DNS-over-HTTPS), and flag role-based mailboxes and disposable domains — a quick list-hygiene pass before you send. It doesn't probe mailboxes, so nothing is sent and nothing is stored.
Email validator FAQ
What does this email validator check?+
Three things per address: syntax (a practical RFC-style check), whether the domain has MX records so it can receive mail at all (looked up over DNS-over-HTTPS), and risk signals like role-based mailboxes (info@, admin@) and disposable domains. It's a fast pre-send hygiene pass for a list.
Can it confirm the mailbox actually exists?+
No — and be wary of any free tool that claims to. Truly confirming a mailbox requires SMTP probing the receiving server, which is unreliable, often blocked, and can itself harm your reputation. This tool checks the deliverability prerequisites (valid syntax + a domain that can receive mail) without sending anything.
Why flag role-based addresses?+
Addresses like info@, support@ or admin@ are shared mailboxes. They tend to generate more complaints and unsubscribes and are less likely to represent a single consenting recipient, so many senders treat them with caution on marketing lists.
Should I remove disposable-domain addresses?+
Usually yes for marketing. Disposable/temporary domains (used to dodge signups) rarely belong to engaged recipients and inflate bounces and complaints over time. Keep them out of your sending list to protect reputation.
